On the way to Taupo--Whitebay lavender

We planned to visit a lavender farm on the way to Taupo....

Unfortunately, it was CLOSED.

So we were resorted to take pic outside the farm..

probably the lavender not fully grown..so it's closed

it would b nicer if we were inside :(

Day 3--Hastings

After Napier..we went to Hastings..which is juz 20+km from Napier...
Another nice city to drop by..

Day 3-- Napier

Day 3....all went well according to our plan...we had a city walk...n basically we drove along the beach..had some nice view n photo..

The place we stayed in Napier..facing the sea..

Day 3--Napier Sunrise

Despite the tiredness, sp n i woke up as early as at 5.30am to catch with the sunrise in Napier..Napier is located east of NZ North Island..so best place to see sunrise..

Sunrise is fast n short but is memorable.

Having played Zorb in the morning, we went to Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland in the afternoon...We spent about 2hrs there...n visited every single geothermal sites..nt miss any.. :), though the last destination, waterfall is quite far away from the pathway..Tiring but interesting and amazing when saw the beautiful n colourful geothermal site...
